Gold x Cold!Reader To Your Liking

Gold was a rather rambunctious person. Doesn't think much when he's doing something, he just does. He's rather straight forward and blunt along with the characteristics of a mischievous little boy,

You had done everything to stop him from poking fun at you. From no reactions at all, to threats, to even bribery, but the said boy wouldn't leave you alone.

You had to give it to him, he was a persistent boy.

So when the bell rang signalling Home Room you knew what to expect. "Hey y/n!" Crystal greeted you. You smiled at her. She was incredibly diligent and friendly as well. Her role as secretary in the student council made her even more organised and feel more responsible. She was also one of your best friends.

"Y/N!" Gold greeted you, loudly, may I add when you passed him. The boy had spiky explosive bangs that he claims, "is the latest style," and has beautiful gold eyes,

Wait, did I just think...? You thought to yourself your eyes widening.

"So y/n thinking about heading to the arcade later?" Gold asked you, casually swinging his arm around your shoulder. You tensed up a bit at the sudden contact but soon his body heat spread throughout your body and you felt...at ease..

"No," you said in a monotone voice as you took out your book that you were currently reading.

"Ooh!" Gold said when his eyes landed on the book and immediately grabbed it from your grasp, examining the cover, "f/b?! I love this book!"

"I didn't know you read," you said choosing your words carefully hoping it didn't sound too rude. But the again since when did you care that you sounded rude to Gold?

"Hey," he said smirking at you as he handed the book back to you, "I'm full of surprises." He grinned at you as he took his arm off your shoulder and you frowned missing his warmth. What's wrong with me today?! You thought to yourself, eyebrows furrowing, lately these past few months you've been feeling this odd feeling in your chest and stomach. Whenever you saw Gold, anywhere, your chest fluttered and you could feel your cheeks grow red.

Like right now for instance,

"Hey y/n? You okay?" Gold asked you concern in his voice.

"Y/n what's wrong?" Crystal asked her ears perking up once she heard Gold say, you okay?

"Nothing," you said to them giving them both a small smile, "just a bit tired..you know?"

"Woah y/n smiled!" Gold said astounded. He thought you had a beautiful smile and was rather upset on how you rarely showed it.

You whacked him on the head with your f/b and smirked lightly at this comment.

Yes this boy was rather too annoying for your liking but he's still the same boy who stole your heart.
